WEEK 5&6:
integration + support, plus bonus material
Welcome to Week 5&6.
During these last 2 weeks we have the opportunity to fully integrate the material and practices covered during the past 4 weeks. We will also have the opportunity to meet online or in-person for a 90 minute 1-1. This is the perfect way to tie everything together.
As a bonus, I have included a workbook this week which includes yogic and Ayurvedic health and beauty practices.
INTRODUCTION
Over the past few weeks, we’ve explored tools for nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and emotional release. Now, we begin to bring all of that into a more personalised rhythm, one that honours your unique energy and supports your long-term wellbeing.
This week is all about aligning your practice with who you are at your core.
We’ll be exploring your energetic blueprint through the lens of Human Design, Astrology, and the Gene Keys - three systems that offer insight into your natural rhythms, gifts, and needs. When you understand your energy type and the way you best make decisions and use your time, it becomes easier to create a practice that truly fits your life, not one you feel you should be doing, but one that meets you exactly where you are.
Using this week’s workbook, plus your personalised reading (emailed to you), you’ll be guided to:
Understand your energy type and how to work with it - not against it
Design a practice structure and space that supports your nervous system, your creativity, and your rest cycles
Move or rest intuitively based on your energetic needs
Take time to understand your energy reading to help you reflect on how your purpose, gifts, and emotional rhythms can shape your practice
This is where your personal practice becomes sustainable, not through force or perfectionism, but through alignment, trust, and gentle consistency.

This new moon, I will also be launching my new interview series, ‘Finding the Others’. I will be interviewing creatives who integrate ritual and spiritual practice into their day, and learn how they use this to structure their work and lives. My intention is that these interviews will provide inspiration for how our commitment to personal practice can manifest rich and meaningful connections to ourselves and others.
