HOW TO BEGIN:
Download and read The Moon Space Personal Practice PDF for a detailed step-by-step.
Decide on your theme and choose a yoga class and meditation to follow- there are four different themes (see ‘recipes’ below)
Lie down comfortably, with a blanket and eye pillow/eye mask. Use headphones to listen to your chosen guided meditation
Journal- using the journal prompts provided with the meditation, or allow yourself to free-write what came up for you

1. MOVE
You have the choice of four different themes. These are named after the seasons and reflect the nature of them. You may choose to rotate these daily, weekly or seasonally. Woman may choose to use them in sync with their own cycle. Or you may choose one based on how you are feeling that day, for example if you are feeling a little under the weather Winter may be good for you to move slowly and go within.
Follow your yoga with one of the guided meditations below, then complete your practice with some journaling. You may wish to use the prompts provided.

Continue your practice with one of the guided meditations below. You can mix and match the practices to create your own ‘recipe’.
2&3.LISTEN & JOURNAL
These are deep visualisation, guided meditations. Make sure that you have a space you can use where you won’t be disturbed in order to experience the most benefits.
How to use:

Journal- using the journal prompts provided with the meditation, or free flow about what came up for you.
Release & Reprogram
To release and reprogram negative thoughts and feelings that you struggle to let go off.
Before this meditation, take some time to think about something thats been challenging you, maybe ‘triggering’- it could be a person, a situation, or just a feeling. Allow the meditation to help you find the root of this, and to heal it.
You can also allow your subconscious to bring up something that needs healing.
Journal:
note down the significant feelings/situations that came up for you
did any older memories resurface?
describe how you felt as you ‘healed’ these memories
write down any actions that come to mind that you can now take, to reinforce the positive feelings you experienced
Meet your Highest Self
Use this meditation to become acquainted with your highest self.
Journal:
what did you highest self look like? describe the qualities that stand out the most
in what ways were they different to how you feel now?
in what ways were they same as how you feel now?
what do you feel blocks or prevents you from embodying this version of yourself daily?
note down any actions that come to mind in order to become more in line with this highest version of you
Unblock Creativity & Receive Prosperity
To unblock and tap back into your deep unique well of creativity. To release negative emotions that are holding you back from receiving what you deserve.
Journal:
describe the space that you created- did this take you back to any early memories?
how did it feel to be immersed in this space created by you?
what blocks came up around the goals/ opportunities you are calling in? can you identify a root to any of these/ where these came from?
what actions can you take from here to reinforce the positive feelings from this experience?
Heal & Restore
To reinforce the most positive beliefs of you body and your health. To release negative feelings and emotions that can manifest as physical symptoms.
Journal:
what came up for you that needed healing?
what negative thoughts/ beliefs came for you about your health/ body? did any memories resurface linked to these beliefs?
what did your most joyful and energetic self feel like?
note down any actions you can take to reinforce these positive feelings- you can also take any lingering ‘negative beliefs’ into Release & Reprogram
