Live Zoom Classes - Schedule
- 1-1 CLASSES -
To begin or maintain your own personal practice. With a focus on your personal goals, weekly classes are designed for you and recorded so you can continue practicing daily. I will recommend and provide additional resources to deepen your yoga understanding. Guided meditations included.

- SLOW FLOW SADHANA -
Mondays 6pm
Following the Luna Sadhana personal practice formula, we will tune in with a few minutes stillness before we begin our yoga together- a slow but deep practice. The class includes access to the Luna Sadhana guided meditations which you will sink into on your own after class and then take notes in your journal to reflect if you feel called to. There will be a different theme each week. All levels welcome.

- MAHA HATHA -
Wednesdays 10am
A one hour class to build strength and stamina. Covering a wide range of traditional hatha postures including balances, backbends and hip openers. All levels welcome.

How to Prepare
Once you have signed up your Zoom link will be emailed to you.
Plan your space:
Ensure that you will have enough room to move. If possible try to have your laptop/ device positioned so I will be able to see you clearly to give adjustments. Also check you are plugged in or will have sufficient battery for the full class.
Equipment:
For Dynamic Hatha equipment will not be needed. For Slow Flow Sadhana I suggest having blocks (you can substitute with thick books, or cushions to sit on), a blanket, an eye mask or eye pillow, have headphones handy for guided meditation.
