One on one sessions are tailored to your needs and experience and are suitable for all levels.
Classes will include pranayama, asana and meditation. Our time together is also an opportunity to look into other healing modalities that I work with, if this is relevant for you. I look into areas in your life, habits or patterns that may be creating blocks. Removing these blocks and obstacles naturally creates a clear path to move forwards with ease.
These sessions will enable you to progress in your physical practice. Designed to help you find alignment in yourself and in your body, mind & spirit. Offering guidance and ultimately teaching you the tools to begin creating daily rituals to support your practice.
£35 1 hour via Zoom
£45 1 hour in-person
Once booked you will receive an email within 24 hours with my availability so you can choose your preferred date/time.
You will also receive a questionnaire to complete so I can create a class most beneficial for your needs.
