Pregnancy Yoga classes focus on gentle movements, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques to help you connect with your body and growing baby.
Each session is tailored to ease common pregnancy discomforts, such as back pain, fatigue, and swelling while promoting strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll learn calming techniques that can be helpful during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
This class is open to all levels and trimesters, beginners are welcome. Modifications will be offered to suit your individual needs. Take time for yourself to relax, recharge, and connect with other mothers-to-be in a welcoming community.
Postnatal Parent & Baby Yoga

This class is designed for both you and your baby - For mothers, join after 6 weeks post vaginal birth, or 10 weeks post c-section. Please note that class is suitable babies until they are crawling/on the move!
Enjoy soothing stretches and mindful movements to ease postnatal tension, while incorporating playful poses to engage your baby. This class is designed for you to experience relaxation, connection, and a joyful start to your parenting journey. No previous yoga experience needed.
