The Art of Personal Practice & Prosperity

Designed to give you a broad understanding of meditation, asana and pranayama, guiding you to learn the principles of developing your own personal practice and the opportunity to weave these rituals into your daily life.

This course is perfect for helping you break out of a rut, or for supporting you to get going with any changes you have been meaning to make. During our month together you will see how daily ritual can really make things happen!

An opportunity to dedicate time to yourself, learn what yoga and self care techniques work best for you and how to integrate them into a lifelong personal practice. Our daily meditation and weekly classes will strengthen your nervous system, balance your energy and increase strength and stamina. Guided meditations will allow you to indulge into a state of complete relaxation. Nutritional and herbal guidance, learn simple ways to use food and herbs to boost your physical and mental health. Gain astrological insight, learn the basics of reading your own chart and how to use this to find clarity and purpose within different areas of your life.

How it works:

  • The course will run via a private Instagram group. Here you can access updates and join livestream morning meditations daily

  • Through Instagram Live and Zoom we will meditate together daily and practice yoga weekly

  • Each week has a focus, explored through emailed written material plus live workshops

  • All livestreams will be recorded and available for you to access up to 2 weeks after the course has completed
