The Art of Personal Practice & Prosperity

 

Designed to give you a broad understanding of pranayama, asana and meditation, guiding you to learn the principles of developing your own personal practice and the opportunity to weave these rituals into your daily life.

Each week has a focus, explored through written material emailed to you, a one to one session in person or via Skype and your own commitment to the daily exercises.

This course is perfect for helping you break out of a rut, or for supporting you to get going with those changes you have been meaning to make. During our 6 weeks together you will see how this work really makes things happen!

An opportunity to dedicate time to yourself, learn what yoga and self care techniques work best for you and how to integrate them into a lifelong personal practice. Our one on one sessions will strengthen your nervous system through breathing exercises and asana, then allow you to indulge into a state of complete relaxation through guided meditation.

What’s included?

  • 6 weeks of written material to study from, including journal prompts and exercises

  • 6 one to one sessions in person or via Skype, these will include breathing exercises, asana tailored to your experience, guided meditation and a herbal tonic intuitively mixed for your needs

  • Group accountability, keeping you on a daily practice in order to get the most out of your experience

  • Astrological insight of your unique path. I will provide you with a basic reading of your Human Design chart. This will equip you with the knowledge of your energy type (and a whole lot more) in order for you to strategise the way you integrate yourself in the world, to achieve your goals, align into your best health and experience the best relationships

  • Daily support, motivation and guidance

  • We will meet once per week for 1.5 hrs, ideally you will want to spend 30 mins- 1 hour per day on your personal practice/ homework.
