 1-1 Coaching

Work with me virtually to create a personal practice that supports your physical and mental health. I will work alongside you, holding you accountable for your daily practice, providing deep support and guidance throughout your journey. Through video tutorials, audios and written material you will be provided with a wide variety of resources to inspire your practice and develop your understanding of yoga and meditation. Learn how to weave these habits into your day and ultimately, become an integral part of your lifestyle.

How it works.

  • We will have an initial consultation via Zoom or FaceTime lasting 1- 1.5 hours, discussing what you want to achieve and for me to determine what sort of practice to ‘prescribe’ you. A meditation and yoga class will be part of this.

  • Personalised videos and guided meditations will be created for you to follow, these will be part of your daily practice.

  • For the next 4 weeks I will check in with you each day Mon-Fri holding you accountable for your practice and answering any questions.

  • I may provide additional resources which I think will benefit you based on your practice, such as books, nutritional & herbal advice, astrological readings.

What to expect.

  • An increased connection with yourself, your body, your purpose.

  • A deeper understanding of your health, finding balance.

  • Reduction in stress and anxiety.

  • Improved dedication, self discipline and sense of achievement.

  • Clarity of mind.

During these challenging times I would like to offer this service donation based. Either one sum for a months coaching, or to pay weekly.

A suggested donation would be £20 per week as to cover the time that I will be giving.
